1. he Mooladhara, or Root chakra :

2. The Svadhisthana, or Sacral Chakra

It is associated with taste, creativity, joy, and enthusiasm in one’s physical, emotional, and spiritual attitude. 5. The Visuddha or Vishuddhi, or the Throat chakra

It has to do with the ability to hear; it controls the voice cords, the larynx, the thyroid, and the parathyroid glands. It functions similarly to the thyroid gland, which secretes thyroid hormone and is in charge of growth and maturation. Additionally, it has a significant influence over feelings of security, freedom, communication, and mental, emotional, and spiritual development.

6. The Ajna, or Third eye,chakras

This is located at the top of the spine, in the midbrain, behind the middle of the eyebrow. This is the violet-colored core of the eyebrow. Its petals are two lotuses. AUM is the sound. The pineal gland, which produces the hormone melatonin and controls sleep, is connected to the Ajna Chakra.
